Costa Rica Frog, S.A. (CostaRicaFrog.com) has adopted a set of information management guidelines which serve as the basis for our customer relationships. We do sell space to advertisers on this site.  Links to third parties on the site are provided as an informational and educational service to our customers and visitors.  These guidelines have been developed with the recognition that Internet technologies are rapidly evolving, and that underlying business models are still not established. CostaRicaFrog.com will provide a subscriber a summary of his or her personal information provided at registration upon request. This information will only be sent to the e-mail address on file for the subscriber name associated with it.

Upon request, CostaRicaFrog.com will remove any subscriber (and his or her personal information) from our database, or allow any subscriber to “opt out” of further contact (while still allowing access to the site) or change/correct personal information that the subscriber states is erroneous. Costa Rica Frog, S.A. does not maintain any personally identifiable information online that is not kept in an encrypted file with protected access.  Visitors, customers and users are given the option to transmit data through a secure server.

5. What is the Costa Rica Frog, S.A. (CostaRicaFrog.com) policy on children?

CostaRicaFrog.com has no intention of collecting any personally-identifiable information (that is, name, address, telephone number, or email address) from individuals under thirteen years of age in accord with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA). Where appropriate, CostaRicaFrog.com will specifically instruct children not to submit such information on our websites or advertisements.
